Warranty – VITRIUS

1. Scope of Warranty

Vitrius Group, Inc. warrants that its aluminum window and door systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation per our instructions, and maintenance, for the periods shown below from the date of delivery.

2. Coverage Periods

Aluminum frame & structural components	10 years
Surface finish (powder coating / anodizing)	10 years
Hardware & moving parts	5 years
Seals & gaskets	5 years
Insulating glass units	Per glass manufacturer (typically 10 years)

3. What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in frames and structural components

Premature failure of hardware and multi-point locking mechanisms

Defects in surface finish such as peeling, crazing, or excessive fading

Failure of insulating glass seals resulting in persistent internal condensation or fogging

4. What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by improper installation by non-authorized installers

Misuse, abuse, vandalism, or impact damage

Damage from fire, flood, hurricane, earthquake, or other extreme events beyond design parameters

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or condensation on glass surfaces

Alterations or repairs made by third parties without written approval

Color variation inherent to aluminum finishing processes

5. How to Make a Claim

Invoice or delivery documentation
Series and configuration
Photographs and a description of the issue

We will review the claim, arrange an inspection where needed, and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Remedy

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair or replace the affected component, or provide a prorated credit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
